Our project managers are PMP certified specialists, who plan and efficiently coordinate all project phases according to Learn Six Sigma technique, use linguistic and performance evaluation score cards and a waste-elimination reporting system. They are also experienced in risk assessment and management, preventing any surprises during the localisation process. Our Account Managers are available to you round the clock - they identify and understand your needs, prepare a Service Level Agreement and a project scope statement to meet your service requirements, taking into account cost and time limits. They work closely with the Project Managers in order to provide you with the most suitable linguists, subject matter experts or voice talents and to monitor the progress of your project.
